David focuses his practice on complex Real Estate transactions and Business Law. Throughout his collegiate career he assisted his father in Buffalo, New York with a variety of Residential development projects.
In addition to assisting his father with Residential development projects, David assisted in the management of the completed projects. As a result, David now focuses part of his practice on reaching amicable settlements with Landlords and Tenants.
While working with clients in complex Real Estate transactions, David also advises clients on Condominium Law, focusing on disputes between Condominium associations and Condominium owners.
Aside from his Real Estate practice, David advises clients on general Business Law matters as well as Trademark and Copyright matters. Prior to joining VIA Lawyers, David worked on complex Trademark and Copyright issues for Fortune 500 cannabis and cigar companies.
David has extensive experience in drafting corporate bylaws, operating agreements, and a variety of company formation documents.
While also being a full-time attorney, David is currently pursuing his MBA through an online program at Niagara University in Lewiston, New York
